Lot Information

Lot 4 Housing Investment Programme (Kitchen & Bathrooms)

deliver and install Gerflor vinyl in kitchen and bathrooms. Deliver and install Altro Safety flooring in Bathrooms.. Bidders may submit a tender for one, several or all Lots. Please note the Works for Lots 1 & 2 will be split into geographical areas as follows-: Area 1 East Kilbride, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Blantyre, Bothwell & Uddingston. Area 2 Hamilton, Larkhall, Stonehouse, Strathaven & Clydesdale area.

Renewal: The initial contract period is for 36 months with an option for SLC to extend the contract for up to an additional 12 months.

Lot 1 Wet Floor Systems

Installation of altro aquarius vinyl to wet rooms, shower tray/bath rooms all to be done as manufacturers guidelines. Works to include removal and refitting of sanitary ware where applicable. Supply and lay screed to floor (concrete or plywood). Wet room to be graded as required. Supply and fit coving to form upstand at wet area. Supply and fit aquarius vinyl including adhesive to floor, wet floor grating to be removed and refitted. To be sealed with altro sealant only and joints to be welded as required. Supply and fit carpet/vinyl trim at door when complete.. Bidders may submit a tender for one, several or all Lots. Lot 3 Uplift and Relay Flooring

uplift relay carpet in conjunction with the central heating programme, working closely with the Central Heating Section.. Bidders may submit a tender for one, several or all Lots. Area 2 Hamilton, Larkhall, Stonehouse, Strathaven & Clydesdale area.
