Framework Contract for the provision of Infrastructure Professional Services to support HIAL to manage the maintenance and renewal regime of property assets at its 11 airports. The Framework Contract is split into Lots. The Lots are: Lot 1 Asset Inspection & Reporting Services and Design, Engineering and Quantity Surveying Services Lot 2 Project Management and Supervision Services.

Asset Inspection & Reporting Services and Design, Engineering & Quantity Surveying Services

Framework Contract for the provision of Infrastructure Professional Services. The Services under Lot 1 will be as instructed, and may include: (a)Asset Inspection and Reporting Services, (b)Project Support Services: Design, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine), CDM Principal Designer Role, Quantity Surveying services.

Options: The Consultant may also provide related services, products or innovations which are in addition to their tendered service (and price), and which HIAL may or may not choose to purchase during the duration of the Framework.

Project Management and Supervision Services

Framework Contract for the provision of Infrastructure Professional Services. The Services under Lot 2 will be as instructed, and may include: - Project Management and Administration - NEC Contract Management and Administration - NEC Project Manager Role - NEC Supervisor Role

Options: Related services, products or innovations which are in addition to their tendered service (and price), and which HIAL may or may not choose to purchase during the duration of the Framework.
