Upgrade of Current HR system

Lot 1
We require One Advanced, the current provider of our HR Open People / Open Accounts system, to provide an upgrade to their existing HR Open People system. This is not a replacement but an upgrade which will cost circa GBP 40,000 in additional licences per annum. The aim of this is to improve the service HR offer the business. Open Accounts will not be affected by this change. This will increase our current overall annual spend from GBP 91,880 to circa GBP 132,000 per annum. The current HR Open People urgently requires this upgrade to meet our current HR business requirements. The upgrade will take 2 months to implement and will make the current HR Open People fit for purpose.
