SDP Framework for Public Sector Procurement Training

Notice Description

The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) wishes to develop a Framework of Public Sector Procurement Trainers for the purposes of training SME's in various aspects of public procurement. As a minimum, trainers must be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of the Public Sector tendering process in Scotland including the use of Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) and PCS - Tender, as well as the wider UK and European procurement regulations and systems. This Framework will be split into 3 geographical Lots across Scotland: Lot 1 - North Scotland, Lot 2 - Central Scotland and Lot 3 - South Scotland plus a fourth Lot (Lot 4) for Webinars throughout the whole of Scotland. Please note this Framework does not cover Orkney, Shetland or the Western Isles of Scotland.

North Scotland

Lot 1 - North Scotland and Argyll & Bute which covers the geographical area - Highland; Moray; Aberdeenshire; Aberdeen City; Argyll & Bute

Renewal: The contract will be renewed following the expiry of the current contract

Central Scotland

Lot 2 of the Framework covers the geographical area - Glasgow City; North & South Lanarkshire; North, South & East Ayrshire; East & West Dunbartonshire; Renfrewshire; East Renfrewshire; Inverclyde; Edinburgh City; East, West & Mid Lothian; Fife; Perth & Kinross; Angus; Dundee City; Falkirk; Stirling and Clackmannanshire

Renewal: The contract will be renewed following the expiry of the current contract

South Scotland

Lot 3 of the Framework covers the geographical area Scottish Borders; Dumfries & Galloway

Renewal: The contract will be renewed at the end of the expiry of the current contract.

Webinars are two 45 minute sessions over two consecutive days
