Part III: Selection Criteria - D: Early Termination - Question 3D.14 - Where a Bidder has been terminated or payment withheld because of unsatisfactory performance insufficient evidence to demonstrate that appropriate remedial action has been taken to prevent future occurrences may cause you to fail the bidder selection stage. Part IV: Selection criteria - B: Economic and financial standing - Question 4B.2.2 - Bidders are required to have a yearly \"specific\" turnover of 375,000(GBP) in the business area(s) covered by the contract for the last three financial years.
