The design team appointed shall produce a design which takes full consideration of community interests and site complexities. The design must consider aspects such as community engagement, traffic management controls, parking controls, appropriate signage, environmental considerations, changes to road or pavement alignment and general examination of future street usage alongside any other necessary practical infrastructure engineering design services.
