Notice Description

SFRS has a requirement to purchase and install up to 500 rugged tablet computers, docking stations, associated equipment, and installation services.These devices and associated products are to be used in the operational setting. The devices shall be of a 'tablet' style with touch screen capacity and shall be capable of being securely docked within a vehicle, but easily removed for use outside the vehicle.To enable in appliance use, there is a requirement to dock the tablet within a dedicated docking station. The docking station must therefore be installed within the appliance in line with the requirements outlined in the ITT document. The docking solution will require power as the devices must remain charged, be accessible on the SFRS Local Area Network and have GPS and 4G.
