Satisfaction survey for tenants and owners
Lot Information
Lot 1
Develop appropriate survey questionnaire in conjunction with Govan HA Prepare a project plan including an interview schedule and format. Carry out a satisfaction survey (door to door and telephone) of Govan HA tenants and factored owners, in line with sampling parameters detailed within briefing document Co-operate and where appropriate participate in communications and public relations exercises to engage with tenants, with the aim of maximising the survey response rate. Process the data collected and provide results on the views of residents in easy to understand graphs and charts, benchmarked against other relevant sources. Produce a draft written report, which will be discussed with the Chief Executive and adapted as necessary before the release of a final written report. The report shall contain comprehensive survey results, analysis of findings together with an executive summary covering all key issues. It must also make reference and comparison to the results of our 2014 survey, a copy of which will be provided to the successful consultants. Provide 1 hard copy of the final report and 1 hard copy of the summary report along with one electronic copy (pdf) of both. Provide the source data in the format required by the Scottish Housing Regulator (weighted and unweighted figures). Presentation to the Govan Housing Association staff. Presentation to Govan Housing Association Management Committee. Work with our Service Scrutiny Panel where necessary. Carry out additional data analyses after Report completion, in response to Govan Housing Association request, of issues not covered in the main report (provided on a spreadsheet and/or brief report).
