Taking account of changes in relevant law & policies since the current framework was brought into use, Scotland Excel is proposing to broadly use the same terms & conditions (T&Cs). This is on the basis that the current T&Cs were fully developed in partnership with stakeholders. If you wish to suggest any revisions to the present terms and conditions for the planned replacement framework please visit http://www.scotland-excel.org.uk/home/Resources/News.aspx Feedback will be used to inform the tender development process, however neither Scotland Excel nor any contracting authorities will be bound to accept any views stated.
