INFORMATION ABOUT THE TENDER. West Lothian Council wish to secure a 36 months contract with the option to extend up to an additional 24 months. The contract is for the supply of kitchen furniture which includes design/survey's as required. Prices will be for 12 monthly fixed periods based on the CPI Index. The tender will contain 2 lots and may be awarded to a sole supplier or one supplier per lot. Each lots includes surveys as standard. NB The information above may change. The council will not be held responsible for any changes to the information provided.

MEET THE TEAM -Pre-Tender meeting. This PIN notice is to make Kitchen suppliers aware that the council will shortly be tendering for the supply and delivery of kitchens. It is the councils intention to invite interested suppliers to attend a "meet the team" prior to the tender being published w/c 1/8/17. Please note - that questions must be generic and not directly specific to this tender. LAST DATE TO REGISTER PRE-TENDER MEETING INTEREST IS FRIDAY 21 JULY 17. Interested parties should be made aware that the council will endeavour to meet suppliers individually, however this will be dependent on the numbers of suppliers interested. Registered suppliers will be contacted by Monday 24th July.. The tender will contain 2 lots. Lot 1 -Housing and Lot 2 Non-Housing. Both lots will require surveys to be included as standard.
