Notice Description

This framework agreement is intended to set up an arrangement for the procurement by the contracting authorities to purchase under the proposed framework agreement of, included but not limited to the Supply and Delivery of Bottled Gas in various canister sizes. The framework agreement is anticipated to run for an initial 24 months with the option to extend for up to two 12 month periods.

Lot Information

Burning (Gas Welding) Gas

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the supply and delivery of burning (gas welding) gas including cylinder hire.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: For an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for up to two 12 month periods.

Heating Gas

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the supply and delivery of heating gas including cylinder hire..
