Notice Description
The Scottish Government requires to appoint a Contractor to provide assessment and associated services relating to external recruitment and internal vacancy filling for our core posts; our Graduate Development Programme and Senior Civil Service appointments. This includes: - The provision of assessment exercises and related services to all business areas; - National coverage, with consistent levels of service for varied requirements as needed; - Working with business areas to ensure that best value for money is obtained in terms of the cost/suitability of assessment exercises; - Providing comprehensive management information at all stages of the process.

The framework agreement will be available for use by Scottish Ministers (Scottish Government Core Directorates), Accountant In Bankruptcy, Disclosure Scotland, Education Scotland, National Records of Scotland, Office Of The Scottish Charity Regulator, Scottish Housing Regulator, Scottish Public Pensions Agency, Student Awards Agency For Scotland, Transport Scotland, Social Security, Food Standards Scotland, Scottish Fiscal Commission, Revenue Scotland, Crofting Commission, Parole Board, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary, British Irish Council Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry & Edinburgh Tram Inquiry.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Framework may be extended by a further 24 months.
