The project comprises the Design & Construction of a new Re-Use and Recycling Hub in Campbeltown. The successful Contractor will be required to employ a Design Team comprising Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer and Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineer The successful Contractor will be required to obtain all necessary Statutory Consents

Procurement is under Route 2 as defined in the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. There are two distinct stages to the Procurement Process:- Evaluation and Shortlisting Stage - The completed ESPD documents will be used evaluate and shortlist a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 6 bidders, to proceed to the Award Stage Award Stage - Succesful Bidders from the first stage will be "Invited to Tender" on the basis of Quality and Price, as set out in the ITT document.
