Notice Description

Delivering Fresh Fruit and Vegetable products to 30 Schools throughout East Dunbartonshire between the hours of 8am and 2.30pm on selected delivery days, Quality of produce to be of a high standard with adequate shelf life. All fruit and vegetables supplied are to be fresh, of the highest quality, free from bruises and delivered under hygienic conditions. All fruit and vegetable supplies are subject to scrutiny and acceptance by authorised EDC catering employees, at time of delivery. All packaging is to be uncontaminated, clean, dry, intact, sealed and labelled. Products with packaging that does meet this criteria will not be accepted.. Deliveries will be made at the designated kitchen delivery area. Access will be given to EDC catering employees to inspect.

All fruit and vegetables supplied are to be fresh, of the highest quality, free from bruises and delivered under hygienic conditions. All fruit and vegetable supplies are subject to scrutiny and acceptance by authorised EDC catering employees, at time of delivery. All packaging is to be uncontaminated, clean, dry, intact, sealed and labelled. Products with packaging that does meet this criteria will not be accepted.. Deliveries will be made at the designated kitchen delivery area. Delivery may be required up to three times per week however days and frequency of delivery is to be agreed. Orders are subject to change and may be altered at different times. The food transport vehicle will remain clean and in good repair. Access will be given to EDC catering employees to inspect.

Renewal: The Contract period shall be for 2 Years with the option of extending for a further 2 years with 1 year extensions if it is deemed successful by the Contract Manager.
