Zero Waste Scotland currently uses a legacy 2011 CRM solution to manage its customer environment. Zero Waste Scotland wishes to upgrade its customer environment and migrate to an online solution, with the following primary goals: * Reduce data within the system by removing auditing and some inactive data; * Streamline user licensing to minimise costs; * Ensure email and data integrations continue to work; * Replace, upgrade or remove managed solutions in the system; and * Remove all unmanaged solutions

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a contractor to fully manage and deliver the migration of the legacy 2011 CRM solution to a cloud-based 2016 / Dynamics 365 online solution (or latest stable release), and thereafter provide ongoing support for the solution for a period of up to 48 months. The contractor will be responsible for identifying a cloud-based solution that is capable of meeting the following minimum requirements: * Upgrade of the current system to a Dynamics 365 online platform; * Upgrade, replace or remove managed and unmanaged solutions as appropriate; * Migrate data with appropriate disaster recovery; and * Provide full testing and validation Following successful upgrade and migration, the contractor will provide access annual support for the cloud-based solution on a call-off basis, including the following: * CRM Support * Scribe * ClickDimensions Support may also be required for engagement and liaison with other Zero Waste Scotland contractors where integration with the CRM is required. The planned support, to include regular customisations, shall not exceed 12 days effort within a calendar year and shall be for an initial period of 24-months, commencing from the 'go live' date of the cloud-based solution. The contract may be extended by a further two 12-month periods to allow for continued annual support. These extensions are subject to continued requirement and satisfactory performance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2017.

Renewal: Option for two 12-month extensions for continued provision of maintenance and support, subject to continued funding and business need.
