Notice Description
Inverclyde Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to undertake an options appraisal and prepare a masterplan for the Clune Park area of Port Glasgow.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Clune Park lies in lower Port Glasgow, less than 1km west of Port Glasgow town centre (see Map 1). It is predominantly a tenemental residential area with a small number of industrial, commercial and community buildings. Inverclyde Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a two stage study of the Clune Park area. The Council is partnered in the commissioning of this study by the Scottish Government More Homes Division and River Clyde Homes, Inverclyde's largest social housing provider, which manages housing within the Clune Park area.
