The Security Systems consist of the following: - Fire Alarms & Disabled Refuge Alarms - Intruder Alarms - Access Control (including Fob Access, Car Parking Barrier equipment ,Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets) - CCTV

Access Control ( Maintenance & Installation)

Access Control (including Fob access, Car Parking Barrier equipment ,Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets): Maintenance (& Installation). The Authority will make decision on which option (Re: A single combined service solution or individual service Lots) that best meets the needs of the Authority.

Single combined Security System (All elements) Maintenance and Installation

A single one- stop shop combined Security Systems solution that manages all the elements of the Security Systems (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms & Disabled Refuge Alarms, Access Control (including Fob access, Car Parking Barrier equipment, Voice Intercoms and Security Cabinets) within a single contractual agreement.. Please Note: The Authority will make decision on which option (Re: A single combined service solution (Lot 1)or individual service Lots) that best meets the needs of the Authority
