River Clyde Homes require to procure a competent and experienced contractor to carry out the safe demolition of 7 tenement style blocks at 109-121 Drumfochar Rd, Greenock. Works will include: - Safe demolition of the 7 tenement style blocks. - Arrange the Disconnection of all water, gas and electricity services on site. - Ascertaining underground pipe runs for drainage and provide necessary protection. - Capping of any open ends/redundant drains etc. - Secure site during works to ensure public safety. - Area demolished to be taken to a brown-field site condition. - Provide a new boundary fence with access gate and appropriate signage.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
