Provision of services for survivors of trauma.
Lot Information
Support for Families
The purpose of this service is to challenge systemic patterns of behaviour and provide direct support to families who have been affected by abuse. The key focus of this service will be provision of practical and emotional support to parents who have been affected by abuse i.e. parents survivors of abuse or non-abusing parents of children who have suffered abuse. Provision may include: - One to One, Peer Support and Befriending - Parenting support/skills development - Use of evidence based support packages e.g. In My Shoes
Renewal: The Framework will be for an initial 12 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total value per annum for Lot 1 is estimated at 30000GBP.
Practical and Emotional SupportThe purpose of this service is to provide a range of support that ensures Service User safety and stabilisation, offer a range of support based on individual need to help people understand what has happened to them, make sense of experiences and deal with some aspects of the effects of abuse. Support will also be provided to access specialist services, as required e.g. substance misuse, legal advice, and housing. Provision may include: - Befriending, One to One or Peer Support - Advocacy - Support to access other agencies for specialist support e.g. Housing, Substance Misuse - Maximising social support networks and tackling other social issues
Renewal: The Framework will be for an initial 12 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total value per annum for Lot 2 is estimated at 37500GBP.
