Notice Description

NHS Lanarkshire requires replacement of 154 windows at Rutherglen Health Centre, Glasgow. Works comprise replacement of 154 of single and double glazing window units and the removal of 1 single glazed window unit to be bricked up. Dedicated contractor parking and a ground level set-down / compound area will be provided, in a location to be agreed within the Centre demise. All works are to be undertaken during normal working hours. The Principal Contractor will manage segregation of the works from staff, the public and visitors. Noise, dust and nuisance must be minimised throughout the course of the works; it is imperative that the works are undertaken without jeopardising the waterproof nature of the building envelope.
