Notice Description
Location: Ward 3B, University Hospital Crosshouse (UHC) Overview: The purpose of this high level information is to provide prospective Integrated Design Teams with information regarding NHS Ayrshire & Arran's project to redesign and refurbish Ward 3B to provide compliant Oncology Day-case accommodation within this existing ward envelope located on the 3rd floor, at the west end of UHC. The development will provide fully compliant Oncology facilities for all Day-case Services.

We expect the suppliers to provide a comprehensive design solution in full compliance with current Health Facilities Scotland (HFS) Scottish Health Planning Notes (SHPNs), Scottish Health Technical memorandum (SHTM's), all SHPNs guidance and all current statutory regulations. In addition, the supplier must also ensure full compliance with NHS Ayrshire & Arran Health and Safety policies and procedures.. The value quoted is for the full project work, construction and design team. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
