It is intended to procure the equivalent of 20 FTE Link Workers attached to 30 General Practices across the city. It is envisaged to adopt a staged approach to the implementation of the programme and introduce these roles in General Practice gradually across the localities. This tender seeks to procure a provider who would employ these 20 FTE Link Workers.

Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period of 12 months / 1 year and a further 12 months / 1 year after the expiry of the term.
