Summary of the contracting process

Paragon Housing Association, located in Grangemouth, is conducting a public procurement process for the "All Trades Jobbing Repair Works Contract" that spans from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2021. This contract, classified under the industry category of housing and community amenities, was awarded via a selective procedure and is currently active. The award was officially signed on 13 March 2018, and the project encompasses the delivery of jobbing repair works to properties owned by the Association, which includes over 1,400 homes in Stirling, Falkirk, and Clackmannanshire. Companies with experience in maintaining occupied housing environments and those capable of demonstrating technical expertise and previous relevant projects would be particularly well-suited to compete. The tender's evaluation criteria emphasise quality and pricing, encouraging businesses that can showcase their reliability and competitive pricing to apply.
