Notice Description

NHS Lanarkshire wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake works to alter and extend an existing day room (approx. 37 square metres of additional floor space) at Lady Home Hospital, Ayr Road, Douglas ML11 0RE. The works include down takings (including temporary propping), site clearance, drainage alterations, structural alterations and construction of a new extension, external works to form a perimeter kerb and adjustments to the existing kerb to line through, make good tarmac areas and form new exit ramp. The works will also include the replacement of existing day room flooring and full decoration of the entire completed room.
