Notice Description

The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation new kitchen fittings, consumer service units, isolators and extract fans throughout Greenock and Port Glasgow, Inverclyde. The Contract will be undertaken over three phases of work, with the Year One properties being undertaken in November and December 2017, and Year 2 properties commencing on 3rd April 2018.Specifically, the kitchen replacement works are anticipated to involve;* Year One (2017) - approximately 41nr kitchen replacements commencing in late November 2017;* Year Two (2018) - approximately 79nr kitchen replacements commencing in April 2018;* Year Three (2019) - approximately 81nr kitchen replacements commencing in April 2019.However, the location and quantity of properties included within the tender documentation is subject to review and adjustment during the Contract due to changes in Cloch Housing Association stock condition survey or budget requirements (which shall be established prior to the commencement date of Years 2 and 3 respectively). Cloch Housing Association may also introduce additional properties at their discretion during the three-year term of the Contract for newly acquired stock, void works or changes to existing stock condition survey information.
