Minimum levels of standards possibly required: ESPD (Scotland) Question 4B.5: Insurance requirements It is a requirement of the contracts to be procured under the proposed framework agreement that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below: ESPD (Scotland) Question 4B.5.1 Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = GBP 10 million (minimum indemnity limit of GBP 10 million each and every claim).
