"performanceTerms": "The successful provider will be required to enter into a lease agreement with the University, for the Nursery buildings used. The initial annual rental valuation will be 95,000GBP per annum. This will be subject to an uplift by a percentage value based on the Retail Price Index every 2 years. There may be a requirement to 'TUPE across' existing staff from the current services provider within the Nursery."
