Succession Expert Support Framework
Notice Description
SE is conducting an Open tender process seeking to establish a framework of, it is anticipated, between 3 and 5 suppliers to provide up to 3 days expert support in the delivery of the Succession Expert Support (SES) product. The product addresses an important gap in the provision of specialist support to Scottish based business owners who wish to exit the business and are (or should be) actively considering options to transfer ownership to others by providing information with all forms of ownership succession. SES will be delivered across all of Scotland, including Highlands and Islands, making this a national programme available to all companies, so capacity to deliver is essential. The Framework will be for a period of 3 years with an anticipated start date of April 2018, and will have the option to extend by a further 12 months. The estimated value stated below is for the full maximum duration of the framework agreement
