The University has several smaller projects to advance during the next three years which will require the selective input of external consultants.

Types of projects are predominantly specialist laboratory refurbishments, however additional projects may include inter alia office alterations, teaching room alterations, lecture theatre alterations, specialist workshop refurbishments, IT suit refurbishments, leisure facility alterations, library alterations to existing buildings of various types.
Renewal: An option to extend for a further 1 year is available.
