Notice Description

The Council has a requirement to undertake works to ensure the street lighting network is electrically and structurally safe. The procurement is driven by the requirement to renew those parts of the street lighting network (street lighting tracking, ducts, cables, columns and lanterns) that are experiencing above normal electrical faults or where columns are deemed to be beyond their design life and have deteriorated structurally. The intention for these works is to be delivered throughout the year on a pre-planned replacement schedule.

North area

The Council has a requirement to undertake works to ensure the street lighting network is electrically and structurally safe. The procurement is driven by the requirement to renew those parts of the street lighting network (street lighting tracking, ducts, cables, columns and lanterns) that are experiencing above normal electrical faults or where columns are deemed to be beyond their design life and have deteriorated structurally. Works will include, but not limited to, items such as: . Street lighting tracking . Ducts . Cables . Columns . Lanterns .
