Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

A Personal Computer based ECG Acquisition system suitable for deployment in a large Microsoft Windows Active Directory network for cross Health Board use in Acute Teaching Hospitals and Secondary Care Settings, storing the ECG as a PDF in the Electronic Patient Record..
