These Services will provide \"public facing\" advice and information to anyone concerned about their own or someone else's alcohol consumption or drug use. It will also aim to give support to access options that reduce risk of DRD by providing rapid assessment and treatment engagement for those at high risk; local access to supervised consumption of opioid substitution treatment; support for alcohol dependence and alcohol detoxification; support for safer injecting practices and to stop injecting.",
