Notice Description
Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have developed a new contract arrangement for the provision of all home and community-based care and support services under SDS Option 3 in Angus. Tenders are now invited from all prospective providers of these services in line with the enclosed documentation.

Tenders are now invited from all prospective providers of these services in line with the enclosed documentation. The aim of the service will be to provide flexible and person-centred care and support to Angus residents who have selected Self-Directed Support Option 3. The contract arrangement is complemented by a predefined pricing model where the AHSCP determines the rate and enhanced payments are available for services delivered in rural areas.
