Provision of Sheriff Officer and Debt Collection Services
Notice Description
Inverclyde Council requires an organisation to provide a sheriff officer, diligence and debt recovery service and as part of this service to assist in the recovery process for the collection of Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Sundry Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Parking Charge Notices. With regards to Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates, this should be recovered using powers conveyed under the Summary Warrant process or any other process which amends or supersedes this process throughout the period of the contract. The Sheriff Officer, Diligence and Debt Recovery Service is more fully described in the specification.
