Chartered Management Institute accreditation in respect of Management and leadership programmes and qualifications.

Procurement Information

In accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU, use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used where works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons: (i) creation or acquisition of a unique work of art or artistic performance; (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons; (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. In this case, the Chartered Management Institute is the only accrediting body for Higher Education management programmes and management and leadership qualifications. Membership of CMI will provide the accreditation required for the qualifications offered.
