The Zero Waste Scotland office will be closed for the festive holiday period from 12:00 on Friday 22 December 2017 and will re-open at 09:00 on Monday 08 January 2018. No staff will be available to respond to any questions or queries raised during this period. Interested parties may continue to submit questions during this period and up to the deadline of 15:00 on Tuesday 09 January 2018, and Zero Waste Scotland will respond to those questions as soon as possible after the office re-opens. The deadline for tender submissions shall be 10:00 on Tuesday 16 January 2018. The quality submission will be scored using the Scottish Government's recommended scoring convention, reproduced below: 4 - Excellent: Response is completely relevant and excellent overall.
