Notice Description
The work comprises of the supply and installation of a platform lift to an existing city centre listed building. The lift is to be installed from the first floor to the second floor. Associated structural works are required to allow installation. The works also include associated structural alterations internally and externally to allow the installation along with finishing trades.

Associated structural works are required to allow installation. The works also include associated structural alterations internally and externally to allow the installation along with finishing trades. The Contractor undertaking the Lift Installations will be required to be member of the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and shall employ competent persons familiar with the type and nature of the proposed works.
