For the purposes of assessing supplier's responses to this question it is expected that the examples should include: - Approach taken in order to ensure delivery of the example project on time and to the projects specification. - Approach taken to ensure successful management of sub-contractors and interactions with third parties to ensure effective delivery. - Identification of any key issues and/or technical difficulties that required to be overcome and how these were overcome, identifying any methodologies used and lessons learned. As part of your response please provide as a minimum the following:- - The name of the Client. - A brief project description and the suppliers role in its delivery. - Approach taken in delivery of the example project; identifying any lessons learned and methodologies used to overcome key issues. - Project budget. - Programme duration. - Programme completion date. - Name(s) of major sub-contractors and / or specialist sub-contractors. - Response to this question should not exceed 2,000 words per example. - Where a submission exceeds the maximum number of words indicated per example, no account will be taken of the words beyond the Maximum Word count. For clarity, the word count will begin at the first word in the response (including any headings, titles and references to the section) and no consideration will be given to words after the limit has been exceeded. Note that this count includes all headers, titles and appendices. Figures and diagrams may be used to accompany text but should be restricted to one per section.         "reviewDetails": "Scottish National Memorial To David Livingstone Trust will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts (Contracts) Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take court action. Any such action must be started within 30 days beginning with the date when the aggrieved party first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen. The Court may extend the time limit for starting proceedings where the Court considers that there is a good reason for doing so but not so as to permit proceedings to be started more than 3 months after that date. The review of the submitted information will be carried out by Gardiner & Theobald LLP (Quantity Surveyor) in conjunction with The David Livingstone Trust (Client), Hoskins Architects (Contract Administrator), Harley Haddow (Services Engineer), David Narrow Associates (Structural Engineer) and C-MIST (Principal Designer)",
