Notice Description
The Renfrewshire Council (the Council) is acting as the Authority in seeking a single Supplier Framework Agreement to provide cash collection services. This tender is being issued on behalf of Renfrewshire Council for the provision of services to the Council and those other bodies for whom it acts as servicing or contracting authority. The Council will award the Framework Agreement on behalf of Renfrewshire leisure Limited (RLL). The successful service provider will supply a cash collection services from various locations within the Renfrewshire Area

Lot 1
The Renfrewshire Council (the Council) is acting as the Authority in seeking a single Supplier Framework Agreement to provide cash collection services. Tenderers should note there is no guarantee of any service being awarded under the Framework AgreementThis tender is being issued on behalf of Renfrewshire Council for the provision of services to the Council and those other bodies for whom it acts as servicing or contracting authority. The Council will award the Framework Agreement on behalf of Renfrewshire leisure Limited (RLL). The successful service provider will supply a cash collection services from various locations within the Renfrewshire Area. The Framework Agreement is split into 8 Lots noted below. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) (project number 8903) on Public Contract Scotland- Tender has not been structured as individual Lots as technical questions and commercial pricing will cover all requirements detailed under Lots 1 -8 . The Most Economically Advantageous Contractor for all lots will be awarded the Framework Agreement. Lot 1 - RC Office (Appendix 1) Lot 2 - Payment Kiosk (Appendix 2) Lot 3 - RLL Leisure Est (Appendix 3) Lot 4 - Telephone Boxes (Appendix 4) Lot 5 - RLL golf etc (Appendix 5) Lot 6 - RC Pay and Display meters (Appendix 6) Lot 7 - Children Schools (Appendix 7) Lot 8 - Social work - Adult and Children Other (Appendix 8) Cash Collection Schedule" document contains the establishment's information and pick up frequency. This is for information only and may be subject to change at the Council discretion. The actual establishments, frequency and route details will be agreed on award with the successful service provider. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The initial period will be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month period. This option to extend is at the sole discretion of the Council and will be dependent on the performance of the contractor.
