The Energy Saving Trust seeks a contractor to complete a desktop study looking at developing new delivery models for community energy projects. We want to learn from what's working well in CARES projects, UK innovations in the energy sector and the best overseas examples. We want to identify where particular models have the potential to provide benefit to communities and the wider system. We are looking to commission a leading contractor in the energy sector with a deep understanding of the UK energy system who can complete an initial landscaping study and develop between 6-8 concepts into delivery models.
