Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process is for the "Cumberland Walk Demolition" tender, initiated by River Clyde Homes, a Registered Social Landlord responsible for managing around 7,000 homes in the Inverclyde area. Interested parties should be able to undertake demolition works located at Cumberland Road, Greenock, and must establish a site presence by 25th December 2017.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in demolition and construction services, particularly those with a proven track record in managing similar projects. Companies capable of meeting the specific requirements, including relevant insurance, qualifications, and experience, would be well-suited to compete. Additionally, the emphasis on community benefits suggests that firms prepared to engage in local recruitment, training initiatives, and environmental measures could have a competitive advantage in this bid.
