This procurement procedure is for the modernisation of the two electro-traction passenger lifts within the premises of Renfrew High School.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Works required within this project is to modernise two passenger lifts, to provide a reliable and high quality installation in premises, engineered for an economic lifecycle of 20 years and to comply with the current standards and safety regulations within the confines of the existing dimensions and environment of the premises. Works that are required to be undertaken within the project include but are not limited to: Health and Safety Compliance Upgrades Replacement of Hoist units Ropes Main control panels and safety gear Addition of load weighing devices for overload protection New landing and car call indicator panels for DDA compliance The Works are due to take place during 2018 school holiday period 27th June 2018 until Friday 9th August 2018. Ideally all works must be started and substantially completed between these dates.. Variants will only be accepted in accordance with condition A31/200 located within the document entitled '32912 Bill 1 Preliminaries' located within the Supplier Attachment Area. No other variant proposals will be accepted.
