Drive significant efficiencies through our people management processes, enabling us to reduce headcount in our central teams while releasing capacity by our operational managers Create a self-service environment for internal customers (line managers and staff) that mirrors the self-service environment we are increasingly creating for our tenants and other customers. *** Please be advised that there is no budget set currently for this and responses will inform the business case ***
