We are looking to bring in a new HCM that will: Bring together employee data into a single system enabling us to create a single view of our people at individual, subsidiary and group level. Drive significant efficiencies through our people management processes, enabling us to reduce headcount in our central teams while releasing capacity by our operational managers Create a self-service environment for internal customers (line managers and staff) that mirrors the self-service environment we are increasingly creating for our tenants and other customers. *** Please be advised that there is no budget set currently for this and responses will inform the business case ***
