Provison of Lone Worker Monitoring Service
Notice Description
The supplier shall provide a fully managed lone worker monitoring service with Identicom(tm) *877 devices (or equivalent) to protect its employees personal safety whilst carrying out specific jobs or tasks that carry an element of risk. The service should provide employees with peace of mind and assurance that they are not alone and protect employees from; - 'People Risk' (arising from social interaction - potential of violence - verbal abuse and physical attack) - 'Environmental Risk' (potential for incapacitation, commonly referred to as a 'Man Down' situation, due to illness or a sudden trip or fall etc.)
