Lotting is not applicable to this tender process, due to the complexity of contract management involving co-ordinating multiple works disciplines within a programme of works. Multiple contractors for this element would impact the ability to effectively co-ordinate multiple requirements into a programme of works.",

                    "minimum": "Public Contracts Regulations 2015 state that before awarding the contract, the contracting authority shall require the tenderer(s) to submit up to date supporting documents. This includes the insurance requirements stated in ESPD Standardised Statements (4B.5): Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = GBP 10 million Public Liability Insurance = GBP 5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance = GBP 1 million. Professional Indemnity Insurance is correctly required for agreements / contracts where advice or works such as those involved in Groundworks is provided. A six year run off policy is required. Product Liability Insurance = GBP 5 million. Contract Works Insurance = this is required. Bidders will require to confirm the level of Contract Works Insurance already held, or level they can commit to obtain. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
