East Kilbride Housing Association are looking to appoint a single contractor to complete landscaping maintenance works throughout their varied stock within East Kilbride. The association will look to determine a shortlist from the submitted ESPD documents. Those contracting organisations who are successful at the pre-qualification stage will then be included on the restricted list of contractors to be invited to submit a tender for the contract.
