Lot 1

Stirling Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out a Building Refurbishment Project at Unit 95 Bandeath Industrial Estate, Throsk, FK7 7NP. Unit 95 is an existing high bay storage warehouse and toilet accommodation. The works will include site clearance, removal and disposal of materials, supply and installation of new materials. Externally this includes new roof sheeting, rooflights, external wall cladding, gutters and downpipes, roller shutter door installation. Internally this will include removal and replacement of toilet areas, new flooring, plasterwork and painting. Installation of a new distribution board and erection of fencing and a wall.
