Notice Description
Repair of attritional damage to 18No. nearshore tubular steel pier piles by: Welding splice plates to piles to bridge damaged area Placing permanent steel shutters Pouring mass concrete jacket around damaged area of piles Repair of attritional damage to 8No. nearshore cased concrete linkspan approach piles by: Removal of casing around eroded concrete as necessary Placing permanent steel shutters Pouring reinforced concrete jacket around damaged area of piles Removal of redundant temporary works annular rings from 8No. nearshore linkspan approach piles Working within the tidally restricted working area Establishment of Contractor's working area(s) within restricted available areas; Compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and requirements, including all additional requirements of the Employer; Demobilisation of Contractor's working areas.

Lot 1
The Contractor shall be responsible for all works detailed in Schedule 2 - Section 3 - Works Information and shown on the Tender Drawings, and in particular, but not limited to, the following principal items: Repair of attritional damage to 18No. nearshore tubular steel pier piles by: Welding splice plates to piles to bridge damaged area Placing permanent steel shutters Pouring mass concrete jacket around damaged area of piles Repair of attritional damage to 8No. nearshore cased concrete linkspan approach piles by: Removal of casing around eroded concrete as necessary Placing permanent steel shutters Pouring reinforced concrete jacket around damaged area of piles Removal of redundant temporary works annular rings from 8No. nearshore linkspan approach piles Working within the tidally restricted working area Establishment of Contractor's working area(s) within restricted available areas; Compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and requirements, including all additional requirements of the Employer; Demobilisation of Contractor's working areas.
