AWARD NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING - The Digital and Information Services directorate at the University of Aberdeen is looking to engage a supplier to provide a marketing automation solution to be used for communication to potential and current students. In future, the solution may be used for marketing communications to other groups. There are several teams across the University that require the ability to contact segmented groups of students with tailored content, these communications consist of responses to enquiries, recruitment campaigns, eZines & Newsletters. These messages will be delivered to enquirers, applicants & students studying at the Aberdeen Campus, the Qatar Campus and Online. The University are in the process of improving the handling of enquiries from omnichannel sources and streamlining communication strategies. To benefit fully from the process improvements being made, a marketing automation tool is required. In addition to the actual tool, training and guidance on setting up communication plans is required, as is ongoing training and support as questions arise.
Renewal: option to extend by one further year.
