River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Void Property House clearances and ad-hoc cleaning works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: Void Property House Clearances Standard Cleans Deep Cleans Trauma Cleaning Sharps Removal Graffiti Removal Removal of Fly Tipping Common Area & Garden Cleans. The contract value specified within this contract award notice is the anticipated spend across the lifecycle of the contract. Due to the reactive nature of the services tendered for, it is not possible for RCH to stipulate the exact value which may be generated from this contract.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 12 month duration. RCH may extend any resultant agreement for a further period of up to 12 months, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
